I just had a most joyous experience at Starbucks this morning. As we were checking out, our cashier goes:
“Hey, we were just given this button to push which clears off all syrups and extras for registered card holders!”.
Now we’re going places! Do you know what this means?
- no more manual corrections.
- no more charge backs and credits.
- and no more manager confusion!
It looks like they’ve finally gotten a tool to coincide with their marketing efforts. What a concept ;)
