If anyone’s looking for more $25 ING Bonuses, hit up Clever Dude as I’ve run out of my referrals here (and he’s still got a few that I gave him :) so you’ll still be helping the both of us). Happy Friday!
Favorite Articles of The Week:
- 60% of Workers Living Paycheck to Paycheck? @ DINK’s Finance – This freaks me out. Especially since I was one of them a few years back. If you can work yourself out of it, do it now! Life is much less stressful that way, believe me.
- Love talking about money! @ FruGal – YES, me too :) It’s a wonderful thing when friends and family opens up and you can have *real* conversations about finances.
- Little savings or big savings? @ Counting My Pennies – I always enjoy reading about how others decide whether things like clipping coupons or bringing lunch are worth it or not, compared to bigger savings like selling a car or downgrading your living situation. I’ve been falling on the Bigger is better train lately, but I think both are key to a happy wallet.
- Financial Companies On Twitter @ Bargaineering – Yup, that’s exactly what it is :) If you’re bank is on the list, give ‘em a shout and thank them for their awesomeness. (or, shoot over a complaint. you’d probably get a faster response that way than the outdated telephone)
- TwitterLotto: Jackpot Awarded on Christmas Day, 2009 @ Twitip – This is a bad ass idea – this college kid is trying to convert publicity into money! All you have to do is follow @twterlotto on twitter, and he’ll award the one lucky winner the jackpot on Christmas. Check out the link for more info, it’s at $171.67 right now (last week it was at $23).
- Why Blogging is like the Wizard of Oz and there’s no place like home. A polemic or maybe a manifesto. For all the red shoe bloggers @ Problogger – Haha… this girl’s voice is all kinds of refreshing. Not related to finance but def. interesting if you’re into blogging.
