Groupon’s $5 Magazine Subscription Deal

$5 magazine subscriptions
Groupon is having a killer deal today, and for once I’m gonna promote it ;)  In fact, I’ve been buying gifts left and right on it, and I think it may be time to revise my stance that the Groupons and Living Socials of the world are bad news.  Even though they’ll still get you in trouble if you’re not paying attention! You just have to play it smartly… like with today’s $5 subscription deal :)

I chose to go with Veranda cuz I’ve been in a super house-designy kinda mood the last few months, but here are the other mags you can choose from (And you can get more than 1 too):

Cosmopolitan, Car and Driver, Country Living, Elle, Elle Decor, Esquire, Good Housekeeping, Harper’s Bazaar, House Beautiful, Marie Claire, Popular Mechanics, Redbook, Road & Track, Seventeen, Town & Country, Veranda, and Woman’s Day.

Happy subscriptions! (*If you need them/really really REALLY want them!)

PS: Some of my favorite tools:
personal capital Personal Capital (FREE) -- If you’re looking for a robust financial tracker, Personal Capital is the way to go! They’re like Mint, but on steroids and have much better tools for investment and net worth tracking. // Full review
digit.co Digit (FREE) -- A super easy (and automated) way to save. Every day Digit analyzes your income and expenses and will push money aside for you any time it sees extra sitting there. I've saved over $4,000 myself using them so far! // Full review
acorns Acorns -- Having trouble finding money to invest? Check out Acorns – they round up all your transactions to the nearest $1.00 and drops the difference into an investment portfolio for you. Easy way to start investing! // Full review

Shame on you J$. This really makes me want to pick up Car & Driver and Road & Track. It is a hell of a deal though. Thanks for the heads up.

Haha, I know – it’s totally an impulse buy. But at least it doesn’t rot your teeth out or cause you any stress! In fact, it’s making you smarter ;)
