Bync Nook HD Giveaway

Hidey ho! Got another awesome giveaway for y’all today, this time by my friend Ryan Bales from Bync.com – a person I’ve met and drank beers with a number of times now over the years :) A great (and very SMART) guy at that, too – as evidence of his new company connecting people to the best coupons and offers from the stores they *actually shop at*, haha… Imagine that?

You’ll find more info about Bync here below, and then below that your entry methods to win this week’s Nook HD giveaway. Good luck! Hope this site helps you guys out!

  3. Get alerts when your favorite stores have great offers

Bync is headquartered near Boulder, Colorado, and are constantly reinventing how customers and merchants do business together.

How to enter Today’s Giveaway

Nook HD whiteWant this awesome Nook HD Tablet? Worth around $200? You’ve got two easy ways to enter today, and as always you can choose to do one of them or both of them. Each one will give you an entry into the giveaway, with a maximum of two total entries per person.

Dollar General, thanks to $5 off $25 coupons every Saturday. I get most of my groceries and all of my paper products and cleaning supplies there, since those are the items in my pricebook which are the lowest price with that sale.

Where do I shop the most? Well, not counting groceries, I’d say Target is our go-to store for other stuff. When a little extra money comes our way, though, I usually start at Amazon.

I love Giant Eagle for groceries; fuel perks really help out this soccer mom with a minivan. For everything else I hit up Target or Amazon… I am dangerous browsing either of these places!

I’d say, like many here, Amazon! Does Craigslist count as a store? Because I’ve found plenty if stuff at cheap prices (if not free) there!
For groceries, the local grocery store… Have to support small businesses!

Do a lot of shopping on amazon.com. Great deals to be found. Brick & Mortar = Walmart and Target. Great deals to be be found!

With a new baby in our lives… we are limited of where we shop now! Probably would have to say Target is the most frequented store. Might be a tie with Lowes since we are trying to get our house on the market!

I think it’s a tie between Target and Wal-mart….

Ulta is by far my favorite and most shopped at store. I’m a beauty buff and they have such great deals and coupons all the time :) Followed by Sprouts for food.

Reply

36 Jake March 27, 2013 at 9:42 am

Mostly Wal-Mart but we usually stop off at Big Lots first to see what they have available. It’s basically the Russian roulette of stores and you’ll never know what you’ll come across when you walk in the doors. Usually if they have what we’re looking for though it’s going to be cheaper than any other brick and mortar store.

Reply

Target is my favorite place to shop. Groceries are bought at the local grocery store in my tiny town. I believe they are affiliated with Jack & Jill.

Reply

41 Alyssa March 27, 2013 at 9:50 am

I definitely shop at Target the most – being right in their home state of Minnesota. I already use my Red Card to get 5% off every trip, but I can’t wait to get some Target coupons through Bync to maximize my savings!

I shop at a quirky, local store called The General Store Company. They’re my go-to for unique gifts and a quick, enjoyable conversation :) They’re also based right next to where a weekly farmers’ market takes place.

Reply

44 Shane @ Beating Broke March 27, 2013 at 9:59 am

My wife does most of the local store shopping. I do most of the online shopping. And, I’d say that about 90% of that ends up being done on Amazon.

Reply

45 Kerri March 27, 2013 at 10:10 am

I always start at Amazon. I buy 90% of Christmas, 100% of reading material/cds/DVDs, and about 30% of everyday items from Amazon.

Reply

46 Caitlin March 27, 2013 at 10:13 am

I’m pretty obsessed with Amazon. A little bit of me feels guilty because I want to support more local shops, but at least for the basics I often turn to Amazon first. The prices are so low, and it’s such a time saver! (Note: I’m not someone who views shopping as a hobby, so the time savings aspect is really important)

Thanks for running the giveaway!

Reply

The store I shop at most is King Soopers, the supermarket my wife works at. Going over our budget, food is the third largest line item after rent and car payment (just 3 left!). Even though we are pretty frugal with our grocery choices, we’ve spent more on food this year so far than we did on clothes last year.

Reply

57 Kevin Vesga March 27, 2013 at 10:54 am

Where I shop depends on what I need. Excluding groceries, I shop Costco for bulk items and Walmart for most everything else.

Kroger and Amazon. They have a virtual monopoly on my money.

Chase synced, will get others as I go get the cards since I don’t carry them with me. Safer that way.

I do all of my grocery shopping at Harris Teeter, they double coupons every day and have special days where they triple coupons and days where they double coupons up to $2.00 which is huge!

I too shop at Walmart but only because I can price match. Makes a big difference on the grocery bill.

Walmart for groceries and Amazon.com for everything else. Even some groceries actually!

I shop at Amazon most often. I usually go there first to read reviews and then will do some comparison shopping if big item.

Usually, I’ll search around the internet for the best price. So, I’ll search places like Amazon or the Chase Ultimate Rewards mall. In real life I find myself at Home Depot a few time a week, b/c I just bought a house.
